Finance

Nevers, Palazzo, Maddux & Packard's lawyers have substantial experience representing lenders and borrowers in matters in which the main collateral is real property. These transactions include construction loans, conduit and securitized loans, mezzanine financing, loan syndications and participations, mortgage banking transactions involving Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac servicers, letters of credit, preferred equity, convertible and participating debt and debt and equity workouts. Our finance experience involves all kinds of real property.

Affordable Housing

The firm regularly represents developers, financial institutions, bond buyers and guarantors, mortgage bankers and servicers in transactions for the financing of affordable housing with municipal bonds, low-income housing tax credits and other housing incentives and programs.

Local Counsel
