We
have earned a reputation for professional, aggressive,
honest, efficient and importantly, successful resolution of
disputes. Our litigation attorneys have extensive trial
court experience and have litigated major civil cases in
state and federal courts. We also work closely with other
experienced corporate and real estate attorneys in the firm
to offer creative solutions without resorting to litigation.
The expertise of the other practice groups at the firm
enables us to provide our clients with an unsurpassed range
of services and experience. We recommend an appropriate
course of action only after careful consideration of the
merits of the case as well as any important business or
personal issues. These various elements combined with the
skill and expertise of our attorneys allow our firm to
consistently bring our clients’ business disputes to a
favorable and cost-effective end.
Although we take great pride in the litigation expertise we
provide for our clients, sometimes the best solution is to
avoid the time and expense of litigation. In some cases,
arbitration is the best choice; in others, mediation or
other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) techniques
present the best possibilities for success. In many matters,
ADR may be a less expensive and faster alternative to
traditional litigation in the courts. The right ADR process
also permits a client to minimize potentially damaging
publicity. In cases where the facts in question are
technical and complex, a client’s interests may be better
served by having a specially trained or
specifically-experienced arbitrator decide the case.
Avoiding litigation may also preserve valuable business
relationships.
