SANDRA KRUL joined Nevers, Palazzo, Maddux & Packard's Real Estate Law Group in 2003. Sandi represents clients in the negotiation and documentation of a broad range of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing and development of commercial and residential properties. In addition to representing individual real estate investors, her clients have included publicly traded corporations, REITS and government entities, including a Fortune 15 NYSE-listed telecommunications provider in managing its western U.S. real estate portfolio, including retail, office and telecom leasing, licensing, and real property acquisitions and dispositions.

Sandi graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1992. She received her J.D in 1995 from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. At Loyola, Sandi graduated cum laude and Order of the Coif. She served as a member of the Scoot Moot Court Honors Board and received the American Jurisprudence Awards for Appellate Advocacy, Criminal Procedure and Family Law. Prior to joining Nevers, Palazzo, Maddux & Packard, she was an associate at Troy and Gould.
