ROBERT E. WYNNER joined Nevers, Palazzo, Maddux & Packard in 1999 as part of the Business Law Group . Rob is a business and transaction attorney representing small and medium sized businesses, individual investors and public companies in mergers, acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and private placements. Rob also regularly counsels software and game developers in connection with licensing, development and intellectual property issues, and he serves as outside general counsel for emerging and established companies advising them on general business matters, shareholder agreements, distribution agreements, employment and independent contractor agreements, real estate transactions, corporate governance issues, e-commerce and internet-related business.

Before joining the firm in 1999, Rob was an associate at Bryan Cave LLP in Santa Monica. He graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 1992 (B.A., cum laude) and from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1996 (J.D., cum laude). Rob is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Mental Health Association of Los Angeles County.
