LEE D. MACKAY is an associate in the Real Estate Law Group of Nevers, Palazzo, Maddux & Packard, PLC. He represents a variety of individual and institutional clients in a broad range of financing, development and investment matters. Lee’s practice covers commercial and real estate transactions and public and private finance, including representation of developers and lenders in real estate-secured financing transactions and tax-exempt financing transactions.

Lee graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles in 2001 with a B.A. in Economics, and received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2004, where he was a Justice Wiley E. Manuel Scholar and winner of the 2003 Evan A. Evans National Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition. Before joining Nevers, Palazzo, Maddux & Packard, PLC, Lee was an associate at Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. in Orange County.
