KEVIN A SHAW is an associate in the Business Law Group of Nevers, Palazzo, Maddux & Packard, plc. Kevin's practice focuses on business and financing transactions. Kevin also counsels small and medium sized businesses with regards to corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, distribution agreements, e-commerce and internet related matters, and general business and real estate matters.

Kevin graduated cum laude from UC San Diego in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts, and graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2004, where he was a member of the Pepperdine Law Review. Before joining Nevers, Palazzo, Maddux & Packard PLC, Kevin was an associate at Hill, Farrer & Burrill LLP, in Los Angeles.
