EMILY A. AGUTO joined Nevers, Palazzo, Maddux & Packard in 1998. Emily works closely with the firm's attorneys on transactional matters involving businesses and real estate, corporate record keeping, and forming, organizing and dissolving corporations, limited liability companies and limited partnerships. Emily has substantial experience preparing leases, loan documents, entity organizational documents, disclosure schedules, due diligence summaries, lease abstracts and closing instructions. Emily regularly manages the closing of business and loan transactions, and she attends to various post-closing matters.

Emily received her B.A. from Dickinson College in 1991 and her Legal Assistantship Certificate in 2001 from the University of California Santa Barbara.
