CHRISTI BAKER joined Nevers, Palazzo, Maddux & Packard, PLC in 1995. She performs various paralegal tasks related to businesses, real estate and litigation matters. Christi also functions as our office administrator.

Her duties related to business entities include the initial formation of corporations and limited liability companies. She deals with all aspects of entity filings with the California Secretary of State and other states as needed. Christi works with qualifying companies to transact business in various states and files necessary annual reports. She prepares annual minutes of corporations' boards of directors and shareholders and fictitious business name filings for clients as needed.

Christi's duties pertaining to litigation primarily deal with document production, indexing, research regarding corporate defendants and research regarding state filings. She also helps in organizing complex filings with various Superior Courts. Christi participates in real estate closings by assembling and finalizing all loan documents and preparing closing binders.

Christi received her B.A. from California State University of Northridge in 1991. In 1993, Christi completed her Paralegal Certificate at University of California of Los Angeles in their Attorney Assistant Program.
