ABBY D. ANGELO joined the law firm of Nevers, Palazzo, Maddux & Packard as an associate in the Litigation/Arbitration/Mediation Group in 1992. Abby’s practice focuses on a wide variety of litigation matters with an emphasis in contract and business disputes. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts as well as in mediation and arbitration. Abby has also litigated actions involving real estate issues, products liability disputes and employment issues, including wage and hour disputes before the California Labor Commission and sexual harassment claims in state courts.

Prior to joining Nevers, Palazzo, Maddux & Packard, Abby served as in-house counsel for an investment company, litigating collection matters in state courts throughout California. Abby also litigated U.S. Customs, international trade, transportation and intellectual property issues for corporate and individual plaintiffs and defendants.

Abby received her Juris Doctor in 1987 from Whittier College School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1983 from the University of California at San Diego. Abby is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of California and before the United States District Court for the Central, Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of California.
